Zoning Board of Appeals Regular Meeting
The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing to consider an area variance application for an addition to a property on Iris Settlement Road. The board reviewed the application, specifically discussing the classification of the yard area and the location of the proposed two-story addition relative to property lines. The board evaluated several findings, determining that granting the variance would not produce an undesirable change in the neighborhood character, nor would it result in significant environmental detriment or substantial impact. The board concluded that the applicant had taken due diligence to mitigate impacts and ultimately voted to grant the variance without conditions.
