The first involved a zoning bylaw amendment for 339 Downey Road to rezone lands from agricultural to agricultural site-specific to permit two existing dwellings, following a surplus dwelling severance. The second application involved an official plan and zoning bylaw amendment to facilitate a residential subdivision at Part Lot 7-9, Concession 10, by expanding the hamlet boundary and rezoning lands from agricultural to hamlet residential site-specific to allow for single detached dwellings, a park, and home businesses. Presentations were made regarding site details, servicing, and policy conformity for both applications, and the public was invited to ask questions and provide comments.
