About this conference
The 2026 CTAA Legislative Fly-In brings together transit leaders, CTAA staff, and partner organizations (South West Transit Association, Iowa Public Transit Association, Oklahoma Transit Association, Colorado Association of Transit Agencies, and California Association for Coordinated Transportation) on Capitol Hill. Attendees will engage directly with legislators, including House Representatives, Senators, and their staff, to discuss legislative priorities impacting community transportation systems and partners, in advance of federal legislation like the Surface Transportation Reauthorization. CTAA organizes all meetings and provides attendees with essential resources and coaching both virtually in advance and on-site during the event.
