2026-1133-RFP E-Rate Wireless Access Point Refresh

Description: Lubbock Independent School District is requesting proposals from E-Rate-eligible suppliers to replace its district-wide wireless access points with Wi-Fi 7 equipment. The turnkey scope includes licensing, removal of existing access points, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support under a firm-fixed-price five-year agreement scheduled for July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2032. Respondents must meet FCC and USAC registration and E-Rate requirements, and proposals are due November 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
