Batteries for Digital Talking Book Machines RFP
Technical Data Package Maintenance: The COR will supply the technical data package that defines the complete design of the battery pack. The technical data package contains Mechanical CAD drawings and files, and Bill of Materials. See Attachment J1. Should it be necessary to change or modify the design of the battery pack to fulfill the requirements of this SOW then the contractor shall be responsible for following the agreed upon Engineering Change Control process and for updating/revising CAD drawings and files to reflect approved changes. Any changes to the design prior to or after full production must be proposed as an Engineering Change Request (ECR) and approved by the COR. See attached file.
