THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an annual Contract for B-346(5) School Buses - conventional style (chassis and body) and transit style (chassis and body) - for all Minnesota State school districts, Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members and other State agencies. Responders may offer one or more of the models listed and offer to serve one or more service areas. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal conference call will take place on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Attendance is optional but recommended. Please register by sending an email to karen.mcintyre@state.mn.us at least 48 hours prior to the pre-proposal MS Teams Meeting to receive the MS Teams Meeting invitation. QUESTIONS.
