Cleanwater Center and Perimeter Wall Project RFP

Description: The City of Sunnyvale is soliciting bids for labor, materials, equipment, and related work for the Cleanwater Center and Perimeter Wall Project, Public Works Project No. UY-19-02. The work includes a new perimeter flood wall, demolition and remediation of the existing administration building, temporary staff trailers, and a roughly 30,000-square-foot administrative, laboratory, and maintenance building, along with landscaping, site and roadway improvements, and utility work. A portion of the joint wall is cost-shared with Santa Clara Valley Water, and the new center is designed to meet LEED Gold equivalency.
