Description: The State of South Dakota, Department of the Military is soliciting a contractor to provide Emergency Management Program Coordinator services for the South Dakota Army National Guard under AR 525-27 and the attached SOW. The work includes emergency-management program guidance, plan development and maintenance, risk assessments, interagency coordination, and training and exercises. This five-year, firm-fixed-fee engagement is based in Rapid City with statewide travel, and proposals must be mailed by November 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
