Provide environmental compliance, planning and stewardship services: ceqa, nepa, and grant applications; provide consultation, strategy and recommendation to support ceqa and nepa compliance. ; prepare full range of ceqa documentation and compliance including all necessary resource surveys, studies, illustrations, filings, administrative record, and related work; support public outreach relating to ceqa/nepa projects such as preparing presentation materials, handouts, public meeting agenda and materials, and talking points; develop training and/or outreach materials focused on ceqa process, new regulations, and similar. Provide environmental planning and stewardship services: specialized resource evaluations and planning: conduct evaluation of geomorphic conditions or changes within the project reach. This may include observations of erosion, scour, channel evolution, sediment deposition, and more. ; make recommendations for project design and implementation or for adaptive management to support permit conditions such as interim and final success criteria. In some cases, new hydraulic or other modelling, or similar, may be required. ; support communications and negotiations with regulators relating to early project collaboration or to meeting existing permit conditions.
