Schedule A - Mobilize and prepare site; construct gabion walls; stabilize slope; erosion control; install a precast concrete utility vault, trench safety systems for worker protection during excavation, 4" and 8" DI water mains and connection assemblies, combination air release/air vacuum valves and fittings, and well house piping and mechanical; build new well house, foundation, and building; structural and architectural improvements; restore site. Schedule B - Provide well pumping equipment, instrumentation, and electrical work to make the well operational.
