This Broad Agency Announcement invites project submissions to partner with the U.S. Geological Survey and other Federal agencies to acquire high-resolution 3D elevation and hydrography mapping data through the 3DNTM Data Collaboration Announcement. Applicants may submit through either the 3D Elevation Program or the 3D Hydrography Program to fund lidar or hydrography data acquisition through the USGS Geospatial Products and Services Contract. Federal agencies, state and local governments, tribes, academic institutions, and private-sector entities may submit projects, which the Government will review using the evaluation criteria in Section VII.
