Description: Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the College”) is providing this annual notice in accordance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Article 504.7 respecting participation in buying groups and group purchasing arrangements. Publication of this notice does not constitute a commitment by the College to use any specific buying group, award any contract, or bypass open competitive procurement processes. Where procurement opportunities are undertaken directly by the College, they will continue to be publicly posted through the College’s designated electronic tendering system, where required.
