The solution must integrate with The Citadel's existing Ellucian Banner ERP environment and support the secure processing, posting, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting of payment transactions. The initial term of this contract is for one (3-year) term with the option of four (4) one (1) year renewals. The maximum term is seven (7) years.
