Description: INDOT seeks a consultant for preliminary engineering and plan-development services at the listed Seymour District locations on I-65 and I-74. The selected firm will produce construction-contract documents, including environmental documentation, topographic surveys, right-of-way planning, real-estate acquisition, utility coordination, and construction-phase services. This is a professional engineering-services procurement, not a grant program.
