Description: The County of Santa Cruz, Department of Community Development & Infrastructure, is accepting sealed bids for the storm-damage repair project identified as Federal Project No. ER-15J2 (004). The work is at Soquel San Jose Road, post mile 5.55, in unincorporated Santa Cruz County, and includes retaining-wall construction, a soldier-pile wall with timber lagging, Midwest guardrail, asphalt-concrete overlay, erosion control and revegetation, and traffic control. Electronic bids are due November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time and will be publicly opened soon thereafter.
