Proposals to facilitate the development of a citywide strategic plan update/refresh. This will be Owner’s second strategic plan, following the current 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. To bring focus, the plan is intended to identify strategic priorities to guide the City’s work and resource allocations over the next planning period as well as serve as a communications tool to help inform the community about the progress the City is making towards accomplishing the identified priorities.
The City of Simi Valley seeks a consultant to develop an IT Master and Strategic Plan covering the technology needs and strategic direction of all City departments and operations. The work includes assessing current systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, staffing, funding, and governance, as well as identifying opportunities to improve services, project delivery, and cost efficiency. Deliverables include an AI readiness and opportunity assessment and a prioritized, multi-year implementation roadmap with recommendations and presentation materials.
