The University at Buffalo is seeking an architectural and engineering firm to design upgrades to the Statler Commissary’s building envelope, HVAC, kitchen ventilation, electrical systems, and related hazardous-material abatement, while planning construction phasing for an occupied facility. The work includes field verification, design development, and construction-ready drawings and specifications for window and overhead-door replacements, envelope repairs, façade improvements, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. The consultant will coordinate hazardous-material abatement and phased construction logistics with university facilities to minimize disruption.
